Customer engagement division to be part of Roosevelt Roads zone redevelopment

Linkactiv, Grupo Ferré Rangel’s customer engagement division, will be one of the first corporate tenants in the redevelopment of the former Navy base at Roosevelt Roads in Ceiba, Puerto Rico.
The expansion responds to rising demand for more call centers servicing the bilingual US market, while capitalizing on Act 20 tax incentives to attract foreign investment. Linkactiv is investing $4.5MM in the development of a facility to house 400 call center operators, while bringing job opportunities to Ceiba and nearby towns.
